Introduction
Vacuum tube collectors have more advantage
than normal flat copper plate collectors, because vacuum tubes
withstand much lower temperature, have higher absorber efficiency
and much lower emission efficiency.
Yet, the popular designs of vacuum
tube collectors are not modular type. End users must assemble
the tubes one by one on installation sites. It takes a lot of
time, the tubes are easily broken, and the heat pipes may not
contact well with manifoldss.
